Ravioles are stuffed pasta two centimetre squares. The pastry is made from soft wheat, water, and on occasions eggs or fats. It is stuffed with comté cheese, farmhouse cheese, parsley, eggs, butter and salt. Traditionally they are cooked in chicken broth.
