The visit of the Abbey Treasury (for groups or individual):
In the church Sacristy, panelled in walnut and Hungarian oak, one can admire the treasury of the Order of Antonine Hospitallers,
partially restored at the end of the XVIIth century.
Amongst the impressive collection of sacred objets d'art can be found a remarkable XVIIth century ivory sculpture of Christ, antiphonaries,
surgical instruments and liturgical vestments displayed in an unusual rotating showcase called a cope chest
which is also one of the biggest reliquaries in France.
The discovery visit (for groups or individua: the Church + the Treasury):
This tour lasts about an hour and offers a historical and architectural presentation of the Abbey chruch in addition to access to the Treasury.
The commentary to this visit not only explains why the Abbey was built and how it lived,
but also enables you to discover one of the best examples of Gothic architecture in South East France.
